Bezty is designed to help users compare offers for the exact product they have already selected.

Before offers are compared, Bezty aims to confirm that they refer to the same product.

Depending on the category, this may include:

• brand
• product name
• product version
• size or volume
• concentration
• pack or set configuration
• other characteristics necessary to distinguish one product from another

Offers that appear to refer to a different product or version should not be presented as an exact match.

How offers are ranked

For exact matches, Bezty's default comparison is designed to prioritise the lowest known total cost to the consumer.

Final delivered cost is the product price plus reliable delivery cost and mandatory fees when known.

The main factors are intended to be considered approximately in this order:

• product price
• mandatory delivery cost, where known
• other mandatory charges, where known
• availability of the product
• reliability and freshness of the available price information

The result may therefore differ from a ranking based only on the advertised product price.

Missing information

Sometimes Bezty may not know every component of the final purchase price. When delivery charges or other mandatory costs cannot be reliably determined, Bezty aims to make this clear rather than present an uncertain amount as a confirmed final price.

A missing or unreliable delivery or mandatory-fee amount is not treated as zero. Bezty will say that the total is not confirmed rather than present an uncertain total as confirmed.

Affiliate commission

Some retailer links may generate a commission for Bezty. Affiliate commission will not determine which offer is identified as the lowest known total-cost option. Affiliate commission never changes the order of offers.

Coverage

Bezty does not claim to compare every retailer or every offer available on the internet. Results will be limited to retailers and data sources that Bezty is able to support reliably at the relevant time.

Prices can change

Retailer prices, delivery charges and availability can change after Bezty has collected or displayed an offer. The retailer's website provides the final price and availability before purchase.
